Yoga

TB2 Performance and Recovery offers yoga classes focused on enhancing flexibility, balance, and mental clarity, which complements its overall wellness and recovery programs. Our yoga sessions often cater to a range of skill levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners.

Yoga @TB2

When joining a yoga class at TB2 Performance and Recovery, here’s what to prepare for a smooth and enjoyable experience:

1. Comfortable Clothing

Wear comfortable, breathable clothes that allow for a full range of motion. Yoga involves stretching and holding poses, so clothes that move with you (like leggings, shorts, and fitted tops) work best.

2. Yoga Mat

Bring your own yoga mat if you have one. TB2 will provide mats, but having your own ensures you're comfortable with your surface.

3. Water Bottle

Staying hydrated is essential, so bring a water bottle, especially for sessions that are more intense. We have drinks for purchase as well.

4. Yoga Props

Some yoga styles incorporate props like blocks or straps. TB2 may provide them, but you can bring your own if you prefer using personal equipment.

5. Arrive Early

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before class to settle in, meet the instructor, and let them know of any physical concerns or preferences.

6. Be Ready to Disconnect

To keep the class focused and calm, turn off your phone or leave it in a locker during the session.

7. Mindset

Come with an open mind, ready to relax, stretch, and challenge yourself. TB2's yoga classes are designed for all levels, so don’t worry if you're new or unfamiliar with certain poses—the instructors will guide you.
